Every client gets their own storage vault with configurable quotas. From the Vaults view, you can see at a glance how much each client is storing, where they stand against their quota, and which accounts need attention. Retail reference pricing starts at $9.45 CAD/TB per month and $3.50 per device. MSPs are quoted a fixed discount on cloud backup based on volume — talk to sales for your rate.

Object storage has published tiered pricing. Cloud backup discounts are reviewed and set by the sales team based on your account size.
